Should you receive a parcel from us that has been damaged in transit, please do not accept the parcel in the first instance.
We know this is not always possible in these days where parcels are often left in odd places.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please send us a photograph, including the outer packaging as soon as possible within the first thirty days of purchase so we can follow it up with the carrier.
If you have used an item damaged in transit, we will consider that you have accepted it.
If it is less than thirty days since you received your order then you can return it to us providing it is unused and in the original packaging with all of the component parts and any promotional items received. Returned items should be in saleable condition.
Certain items are unfortunately excluded from this offer; anything that has been made to your specification, personalised or printed on demand.
Any products in this category will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the description.
Carriage charges for unwanted returns will be at your expense.
Occasionally we make mistakes. If the contents of your delivery differ from what you were expecting or what appears on your invoice, please notify us as soon as possible within the first thirty days of purchase.
To help us improve our service it would be helpful if you could let us know within 7 days and, at the same time, please tell us what items you expected to receive and the items you actually received. Our Customer Services Team will get back to you to sort out any muddles.
Some products are shipped from a third party supplier. If you receive anything from us that is not up to our exacting standards of printing or craftmanship. Please take a photograph and let us know about the problem straight away so that we can follow it up with our suppliers.
